AIM Pilates is the brainchild of Stephanie Kügel, an experienced Pilates Instructor and Mat and Equipment Course Facilitator whose passion is rehabilitation and generally assisting people to lead a healthier lifestyle.

AIM Pilates is much more than just exercise. To be able to work your muscles to its maximum capacity with a good mind - body connection and the correct muscle requirement pattern to achieve a pain and injury free body is our ideal, and that is what we work towards.

We are not snake oil sellers and we don’t promise miracles. What we do promise, however, is a new, better feeling, better looking and more confident individual that over time knows exactly how the muscles in his or her body work and how to get the most from them.

In order to ensure a holistic and balanced approach, we work in close consultation with medical doctors, physiotherapists and nutritionists.

AIM Pilates is for the young, the old, the fit, the unfit and the injured, male or female. We will keep your muscles fit and your brain stimulated.
